A) All movements/workouts involved in CrossFit are scalable and our coaches will assist you with scaling so regardless of your age or fitness level you can participate and join the community.
Q) WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER TRAINED BEFORE?
A)We provide a complete fundamentals Package that will build correct technique and fitness to build a solid foundation to achieve your desired fitness goals. Beginners adapt well to CrossFit as they have not yet developed “bad habits” that previous gym members have. You will get fit faster starting with CrossFit, vs. starting with another program.
Q) I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT CAN CROSSFIT HELP?
A)Yes. Your health and overall fitness is our primary focus and weight loss is often a result. Given that the program is designed to improve your fitness across all recognized domains, combined with nutritional advice you will find your healthy weight.
Q) I HAVE HEARD CROSSFIT IS REALLY HARD, IS THIS TRUE?
A) CrossFit is as hard as you make it. We encourage people to push the limits of their own tolerances but only you can make the most out of your own workouts with the amount of work you put into them.
Q) WHY IS CROSSFIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A NORMAL GYM?
A) Our CrossFit classes involve a very hands on approach to training. That means you are receiving constant coaching and development at all stages of every session. We put our heart and soul into our program, and our long term clients are a great example of that.
